Crowdsourced benchmarking
Crowdsourced performance optimization and benchmarking.
Every competitor runs the same task on their own device — laptop, workstation, or cluster — measures their optimized code against the shipped baseline, and submits the results. hpcbench ranks speedups from the crowd, all verified on real hardware by the people who ran them.

How hpcbench works
1
Pick a competition
Browse the task, read the fixed main.cpp harness, and download the input data and baseline code.
2
Optimize on your machine
Edit solution.cpp, compile with the provided build.sh, and run it locally. The harness measures only the timed region.
3
Submit measured results
Use the CLI to post your run bundle. hpcbench verifies correctness and ranks speedups against the baseline.
